We are sad to announce that on February 11, 2024, at the age of 73, Jeffrey Payne of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Danville, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Rodney D. and Mary J. Payne (Thornton). He is survived by: his wife Julie D. Payne (Hines); his sons, Jason Payne (Holly) of Shreveport, LA and Jon Payne; his grandchildren, Jackson, Jacob, Brooklyn, Jaylyn and Joseph; and his siblings, Julie Pangrac (Dave) and David Payne. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren, in-laws, nephews, nieces, and dear cousins.
