He was predeceased by: his mother Carol S. Smith (Babbs). He is survived by: his father Howard R. Smith of Normal; his brother Jeff Smith (Tracy) of Monticello, Indiana; his aunts and uncles, Janet Anderson (Donald) of Fisher, Debbie Shaffer (Jeff) of St. Joseph, James Babbs of Stanford, Ralph Armstrong of Osage Beach, Jim Smith of Galesburg and Walter Smith of Galesburg; and his friends, Cathy Hanes, Evan Epperson and Rob Epperson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
