She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Puyear and Fern Puyear of Bethany, IL.; and her brother Bill. She is survived by: her sons, Don and David Scheurich; her brother Dean Puyear; and her sister-in-law Cleo Puyear. She is also survived by two granddaughters, one grandson.
