He was predeceased by: his parents, Mariano Capodice (Jack) and Rosaliea Rini Capodice; his wife Betty; and his daughter Teresa Heiney (Elmer). He is survived by: his family Betty; and his children, Carol Godbey (Carl), Tina Stratman (Mark), Jack Jr. (Joan), Mary Gonzales (John), Jane Frillici (Mark), Cece Barnett (Bob) and Nick Capodice (Nori).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the CCHS Capodice Family Scholarship or a charity of the donor's choice.
