She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Jack and Ada Crockett Smith. She is survived by: her spouse Robert M. Gaddis; her children, Valerie Eggers (Tom) of Bloomington, Denise Heerdt (Roger) of Bloomington, IL and Robert "Denny" Gaddis (Patty) of LeRoy, IL; her grandchildren, Melissa Safarik (Ron) of Austin, TX and Greg Gaddis (Nicole) of LeRoy, IL; and her great grandchildren, Sydney, Natalie Safarik, Avery and Brynn Gaddis.
