It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Harry E. Hoit (Bloomington, Illinois), who passed away on August 26, 2022, at the age of 101, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Ray and Ruth I Hoit (Cain); his children, Sharon A McClure, Michele E Garrigus (Dennis), Jayne A. Hancock (Thomas) of St Joseph, IL and Wayne A Hoit (Tamara); and his son-in-law John McClure. He was also cherished by 9 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers gifts may be sent to Ruel Neal Post #79 American Legion in LeRoy.
