With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank J. Schuler of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on June 5, 2022 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Schuler and Helen Lucille Connelly Schuler; his wife Maria Scherer; his brothers, Joseph, Gregory Schuler and Jimmy Quinlan; and his grandson Adam Hileman.
He is survived by: his children, Celia Salaway (Mike) of Gold Canyon, AZ, Patricia Neuber (Thomas), Carol Stream, Linn Bowles (Les) of Trophy Club, TX, Christina Iannelli II (Mike), Frank Schuler (Amy) and Mary Carey of Myrtle Beach, SC; his grandchildren, Nicole Swanson (Chad Yarman), Bret Swanson (Lisa), Diane Gillies (Bryan), Jennifer Walth (Steve), Kristen Iossi (Brian), Auston Weinberg, Benjamin Lucas Hileman, Victoria Iannelli, Michael Ianelli III, Frank Joshua Schuler and Joseph; his grandmothers, Beneá Schuler and Sydnee Schuler; and his extended family, Gisela Scherer, Joerg Scherer (Sabine), Carina Scherer and Marco Scherer. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
