He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles McWhorter and Dorothy Moran McWhorter; his wife Mary Montgomery; and his grandson Chris McWhorter. He is survived by: his sons, Tim McWhorter (Tammy) of Bloomington and Tom McWhorter of Bloomington; his grandson Zach McWhorter; his great grandchild Dylan McWhorter; and his brothers, Earl of Bloomington and Richard McWhorter of Bloomington.
