He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Bleavins and Dorothy Bleavins (Arlene Bleavins); his sister Donna Joan Schwandt; his children, Jaye Whittier and David Bleavins; and his granddaughter JayCe Whittier.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Swanson; his grandchildren, David Whittier (Tiffany) of Normal, IL, Danielle Henry (Brandon) of San Diego, CA, Jessica Lovell of Bloomington, IL and Noel Lovell-Moore (Kellen) of Jacksonville, FL; and his nephews, Eddie Schwandt of Bloomington, IL and Danny Schwandt of Hudson, FL.. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
