He is survived by: his wife Ginny of Bloomington; his children, James Kamp of Fairview, NC, Mary Costley (Len) of Hayward, WI, Margi Christopher (Greg) of Bloomington, Cathy Luesing (Jesse) of Downs, Nancy Warden (Brian) of Cumming, GA and Julie Kamp'Triefenbach (Jason) of Portland, OR.; and his grandchildren, Taylor Akkoseoglu (Sinan), Jake, Lauren Christopher, Josie Anderson (Tim), Jed Costley, Hunter, Steven, Olivia Luesing, Jack and Tyler Warden. He is also survived by his children and his grandchildren.
