She was predeceased by: her parents, Gene Emerson and Allyn Emerson (Lewis); and her brother Douglas Emerson. She is survived by: her children, April Nelson, Ryan Pankey (Heather) and Angela Barrett (Drew). She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
