He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Smith and Ruth Snook Smith; his sister Barbara Turner; and his son-in-law Tony Dunlap. He is survived by: his wife Janice Ann Tolan; his children, Kristina Dunlap, Steve Smith (Norma) of Charlotte, NC, Jared Smith (Ginnifer) and Derek Smith (Andrea); his grandchildren, Sydny Watts, Chloe Steimle, Addison Smith and Lilyanna Smith; his great grandchild Brayton Watts; and his siblings, Erick (Gwen) of Bloomington, Melanie Cameron of Bloomington and Bryan Smith of Bloomington. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
