He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Blanche Thornton; his children, Steve Ward (Peggy) of Bloomington, IL and Cindi Fowler of Washougal, WA; his grandchildren, Eric Fowler (Jamie) of Port Orchard, WA, Amy Blaisdell (Allen) of Washougal, WA and Allison Ward of Chicago, IL; and his great grandchildren, Brooklyn Fowler, Lukin Fowler, London Fowler, Lilly Blaisdell and Hunter Blaisdell.
