He was predeceased by: his parents, Winton Ramsey and Jesse Ramsey. He is survived by: his wife Judith Dawson Ramsey; his siblings, Ruth (Joe Vukovich), Richard Ramsey and Donald Ramsey; his children, Thomas (Shelly) and Douglas (Kelli); his grandchildren, Laura Evans, Cassidy, Austin and Emili; his great grandchildren, Cori and Rylen; and his sister-in-law Maryanne Terwilleger.
