He was predeceased by: his parents, Watts Finley and Elizabeth Finley (Coleman); and his wife Gloria Jean Reynolds. He is survived by: his children, Wade Finley of Bloomington, Rick Finley (Angie) of Wheaton, Brian Finley (Lisa) of Nampa, Jan Swichtenberg (Scott) of Bloomington and Greg Finley (Tammy) of Bloomington. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four great grandchildren.
