He is survived by: his wife Donna Frank (Heck) of Bloomington; his children, Rodney Frank of Peoria and Theresa Olmsted (Danel) of Toulon; his stepchildren, Brenda Murray of Pontiac, Garry Oesch (Angela) of Colfax and Jesse Oesch (Michelle) of Bloomington; his granddaughters, Daphne Buxton (Michael) and Kelsi Oesch; and his sister Kathy Pool (Mike).
