She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles William and Mary Jane Ambrose (Gorman); her husband John Henry Barth; her brother Gary Ambrose; her nephew Corey Michael Ambrose; and her brothers-in-law, Harry Friedman, Gary Worsham and Charles Rust.
She is survived by: her siblings, Bill Ambrose (Abby) and Pat Woods (Juan); and her sisters-in-law, Vicki Ambrose, Macil Friedman, Donna Worsham and Brenda Rust. She is also survived by several loving nieces and nephews.
