Catherine Collins Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine Collins of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Eldorado, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 12, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Catherine has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick E. Collins and Marion Galley Collins; and her siblings, Patrick Collins, Mary Ellen Collins, Alice Bishop and Teresa St. Pierre.
She is survived by: her brothers, Daniel Collins of Terre Haute, IN and Michael Collins (Donna) of Hendersonville, NC. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Epiphany Catholic Church or School.
