She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett F. (Nellie Neher Kent) and Carolyn; her husband John Winterroth; and her sisters, Patsy Gilmore and Connie Doud.

She is survived by: her daughters, Kristin Gable (John) of Indianapolis and Kathryn Grey of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Timm Gable (Jane), Jennifer Garoutte (Aaron) and Carson Grey; and her great grandchildren, Charles, Claire Carolyn and Beau.
