She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Blaine and Helen Blaine (Schapmire); and her siblings, Michael Blaine, Betty Duguid and Shirley Quinton.

She is survived by: her significant other William D. Grady; her children, Mike Grady, Mark Grady (Diane) of Bloomington and Cindy Grady (Rick Sutton); her grandson Zachary Chiavetta; her pets, DeeOGEE and Maggie; her siblings, Patricia Deerwater of Bloomington, Sandie Ogan (Mike) of Towanda, George Blaine (Jackie) and Richard Blaine (Marlene) of El Paso; and her sister-in-law Deanna Blaine of Lostant. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
