She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Elmer Foley and Harriett Alexander Foley; her siblings, Dale Foley (Beverly) of Montvale, Stanley Foley (Darlene) of Troutville and June Foley of Virginia; her nieces and nephews, Keshia Ervin, William Foley, Dave Foley and Summer Foley; and her close friends, Margo, Scott Rager of Normal, Bart, Donna Williams of Normal, Kay and Mike Marvin of Bloomington. She was also cherished by friends and neighbors.
