She was predeceased by: her father Dionicio Martinez; her son Marco Antonio Peña; and her grandsons, Nathaniel and Dylan. She is survived by: her husband Jesse Peña; her children, Meshach Peña, Maria Miramontes (Jose) and Jose Peña (Dawn); and her siblings, John Martinez (Loneann), Olga Myers (Jeff), José Martinez (Melissa), Raul Martinez (Rachel), Gloria Gonzalez (Edgar), Danny Martinez (Michele), George Martinez (Brenda) and Elias Martinez.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Vale Church (3211 Ireland Grove Rd, Bloomington, IL 61704). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
