She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Thomas H. Williams and Hazel Williams (Lashley); her husband Bill J. Hart; and her children, Necia Chessman of Georgetown, TX, Mark Hart of Loudon, TN, Melinda Delcher (Mindy) of Clayton, NC and Matthew Hart of Elizabethton, TN. She was also cherished by four grandsons and eleven great-grandchildren.
