Abel of Bloomington, Illinois, born in Gibson City, Illinois, who passed away on March 5, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Johnson and Maude Johnson; her husband Lester Abel; her daughter Sue Ann Fojtik; and her siblings, Ray Johnson, Esther and Helen Johnson.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kristi Brennan (Jacob), McKay Wenger (Kelsey), Malaney Abel, Madison Hoehn (Chet), Jack Abel, Scott Beyer, Daniel Beyer and Faithe Wenger; her great grandchildren, Lilly Ann Brennan, Wyler Wenger and Wrynn Wenger; her sister-in-law Eileen Abel; and her nieces, Jackie Fenton, Geri Abel and Jodie Scogins.
