She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Hoffman and Rose Eisenbraun Hoffman; and her husband Robert Tevis. She is survived by: her daughters, Dana Stearns (Phil) of Albemarle, N. C. and Lisa Francis (Ted) of Lexington, IL; her grandchildren, Brandon Alcorn, Jared Alcorn (Kim), Phillip Stearns Jr. (Laura), Megan Innis (Mat), Dustin Currin, Lane and Chad Francis; her great grandchildren, Danielle, Mathew and Alice Innis; and her grandchildren, Evelyn Stearns, Luna and Isla Alcorn. She is also survived by her family and friends.
The family suggests memorials be made to Trinity Lutheran Church, Bloomington, IL or to a charity of the donor's choice.
