He was predeceased by: his wife Judith R. Blair (Judie); his parents, William R. Blair and Anna J. Fitzpatrick; and his brother Thomas E. Blair (Tommy). He is survived by: his daughters, Barbara A. Laing (Scott) and Judi A. Kernica (David); his grandchildren, Irene C. Thompkins (Justin), Nathan C. Kernica, Hannah A. Hodge (David) and Naomi N. Kernica; and his siblings, Joan Opitz (John), Robert Blair (Marlene) and Joseph Richard Fitzpatrick (Ricky).
