He is survived by: his children, Steve Perry (Laura), Kathy Cupples and Sandy Hallmann (Terry); his siblings, Donald Perry (Marcia), Dennis Perry (Melissa), Alan Perry and Jan Lendi (Robert); and his grandchildren, Brittny Lindhorn (Ken), Kimberly O'Garo (Michael), Heidi Sells (Chad), Jessica Cupples, Cindy Senft, Anna Cupples, James Cupples, Andrew Lindhorn, Megan Lindhorn, Adeline Lindhorn, Joshua Lindhorn, Bennett Lindhorn, Michael O'Garo, Kayleigh-Ana O'Garo, Hailey Sells, Charlotte Sells, Logan Sells, Jacob Cupples, AJ Cupples, Landon Cupples, Elijah Senft, Jameson Wolski, Levi Cupples and Hudson Cupples. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
