Kosiek (Debbie); her grandchildren, Ryan Kosiek (Kaeli), Blake McNamara (Geena) and Holland Kosiek (Tim Leach); her great grandchild Myles Kosiek; and her sister Mary Danek of Bloomingdale, IL.
