He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. and Mary E. Carey; and his son Kelly James Carey. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his children, Dawn Marie Todd (Tom), Meri Diane Dixon (Bob) and Paul Christopher Carey; and his siblings, Marion Carey and Rosemary Albright. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
