She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley James Banks and Edith Leone Gordon Banks; and her sister Marjorie Jane Banks Jones. She is survived by: her siblings, Wendell Franklin Banks, Donald Edward Banks, Susan Georgianna Banks and Richard Gordon Banks; her children, Andrea Leigh Shulthiess (Scott) of Tallahassee, Jan Christopher Runner (Cindy) of Blandinsville, Jay Carlton Runner (Bill Lehman) of Urbana, Ronald Banks Runner (Holly) of Sciota and Michael Wayne Runner (Lynda) of Oologah, Oklahoma.; and her grandchildren, Paula Denise Shulthiess, Steven Thomas Shulthiess, Jonathan Carl Shulthiess, Amanda Lea Runner, Harlie Rene Runner-Perry, Hanna Rose Runner, Halie Rena Runner, Blake Michael Runner and Bailie Marie Runner. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
