We are sad to announce that on November 9, 2024, at the age of 74, Linda L. Metcalf of Blandinsville, Illinois, born in Decatur, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett Jackson and Reatha Jackson (Johnston). She is survived by: her son Travis Metcalf (Kassie) of Colchester, Illinois; her grandsons, Reed Sprinkle (Victoria) and Dylan Streveler (Jennifer); her great grandchildren, Jace, Wilder and Sarah; her siblings, Roger Jackson (Sue) of Blandinsville and Connie Lankford (Delbert) of Vermont; and her pet Oscar.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Banks & Beals Funeral Home (504 E Main St, La Harpe, IL 61450). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
A memorial fund has been established for The Elms or the Humane Society of McDonough County.
