We bid farewell to Kathryn L. Harding of Blandinsville, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 12, 2025 at the age of 76. Kathryn touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. As we bid adieu to Kathryn's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Kathryn has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Justin Wilton and Emma Lorena McGuirk Wilton; and her sister Zada Wilton. She is survived by: her daughter Sandy Lynn Mapes (Ted) of Ankeny, Iowa; her grandson Michael Russell Mapes of Ankeny, Iowa; and her siblings, Justina Schultz (Garry) of Council Bluffs, Cora Linn Foglesong, Mark Wilton and Charles Wilton (Connie) of Burlington. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Glade City Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to the Terre Haute Community Church or St Jude's.
