He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Bundy and Bonnie Belville Bundy; his siblings, Earl, Richard, Jack, Rodney, Phyllis Bundy, Patty Parrick, Reva Kay Cagle, Julia Marie Bronson and Juanita Oaks; and his stepson Michael Heitz.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Bundy (Biswell); his son Joey Bundy (Jill); his stepchildren, Noel Duncan (Brian), Karen Heitz (Mark Foust) and Oscar Heitz; his grandson Matthew; his stepgrandchildren, Billie, Shelby, Landon, Kaleb, Scotlyn and John; and his siblings, Vernon Bundy, Bonnie Sue Parker, Cheryl Pence (John), Mark Timothy Bundy (Sherre Robbins) and Ronald Bundy (Pam). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A memorial fund has been established for his grandson, Matthew's, college education.
