He was predeceased by: his stepfather Jerry Floyd. He is survived by: his parents, Mike Johnson and Ruth Ann Johnson (Daniels) of Blandinsville; his wife Debbie Snelson; his stepmother Ada Johnson of Keokuk; his children, Amanda Smith (Joe) of Blandinsville and Cody Johnson of Bushnell; his grandchildren, Aubrey Smith, Blake Smith and Josh Selmon; and his siblings, Scott Floyd (Kari) of Carthage, Josh Johnson of Kansas City, Angi Moormann (Kevin) of Aldridge, Christy Lingenfelter (Kevin) of Nevada and Julie Ballard (Ben) of Mediapolis. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
