She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis Settles and Velma May Settles (Norris); and her sister Julia Gossage. She is survived by: her children, Heather Levita (Eric Levita) of Lucas, Erin Kempker of Springfield and T. J. Bond of Blandinsville, Illinois; her grandchildren, Rylan Jackson, Marcus Levita, Ayven Kempker and Bryce Kempker; and her brothers, Randall Settles of Plymouth and Ryan Settles of Bowen, Illinois..

Visitation was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Dodsworth-Piper-Wallen Funeral Home (201 W Carroll St, Macomb, IL 61455). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul's Cemetery.
