With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine Deems of Blandinsville, Illinois, who passed away on November 17, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Byers Hensley and Mildred Martin Hensley; her husband George Deems; her sisters, Madelyn Smith and Elgin Lescher; and her daughter Georgeana Watson.

She is survived by: her son Glade Deems (Joni) of Macomb; her grandchildren, Beverly Stewart (Jared) of Palmyra, Joleen Haskell (Aaron) of Zionsville and Griffin Deems of Blandinsville; her great grandchildren, Millie Stewart and Henry Haskell; and her brother-in-law Phil Deems (Sue) of Cape Coral, Florida..

Memorials may be made to the Blandinsville Fire and Rescue Squad.
