With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edward Luton of Blandinsville, Illinois, who passed away on September 24, 2022 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Maurice Luton and Ruth Woods Luton; his wife Shorty; and his siblings, Earl, Floyd Luton, Shirley Luton, Rita Powelson and Vira Hibbard.
He is survived by: his sister Elsie Dunlop of Kirksville, MO; his sister-in-law Beverly Oge of Ft. Madison, IA; his children, Wayne Luton (Shannon) of Payson, AZ and Elaine Wimbush (Mark) of Reno, NV; his grandchildren, Nannette Adame (Al) of Phoenix, AZ, Corene Jones (Tim) of Paisley, OR, Nathan Luton (Lindsay) of Mesa, AZ and Shayne Kuzmich (Pete) of Reno, NV; and his great grandchildren, Matthew, Jessica Adame, Ian, Aubrie Luton, Cameron Jones, Violet and Iris Kuzmich. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
A memorial fund has been established for Boys Town.
