He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert DeHaven and Christine DeHaven (Hasten); his grandson Aaron Lebeck; and his siblings, John DeHaven and Kathy Dehaven.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Oliver; his children, Lori Howard (Gene) of Ipava, Illinois and Todd DeHaven of Blandinsville; and his sister Deb Foster (Steve) of Albany, Illinois.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
A memorial fund has been established for the MDH Hospice or the Blandinsville - Hire Library.
