He was predeceased by: his parents, David Henry II and Betty Stewart Ruebush. He is survived by: his sons, Bob Ruebush of Topeka and John Ruebush (Jill) of Normal, Illinois; his granddaughters, Abby Ruebush of Normal and Emma Ruebush of Normal; and his sisters, Susan Duda of Chicago and Sarah Ruebush of Kansas City.
