It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cindy Starbuck (Blandinsville, Illinois), born in Orion, Illinois, who passed away on June 10, 2019, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Kommer and Phyllis Kommer (Kohls); and her siblings, Richard Kommer and Chris Matheny. She is survived by: her husband Rod L. Starbuck; her sons, Bryan Starbuck (Monique) of Sauk Village, IL and Marcus Starbuck (Jessica) of Macomb, IL; and her sister Michelle Haynes (Ray) of Davenport, IA.
