He is survived by: his spouse Ruth Ann Millspaugh; his children, Kimberly Burford (Matthew) of Carthage, Royal Kitchen of Alvin, Wesley Kitchen of Wareham and Susan Monroe (late Jeff) of Blandinsville; and his stepchildren, Kalyn Wilcoxen (Joe) of Blandinsville, Russell Coates of Nashville, William Coates of Monticello and Robert Monroe. He is also survived by many grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
