She was predeceased by: her father Jerry. She is survived by: her mother Catherine Beier (Mahan); her siblings, Eden Beier and Oren Beier; her boyfriend Thomas Dochterman; and her pets, Isla, Skye, Finn, Briar, Wren and Rowan.

Memorials in honor of Iris may be made to the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America.
