He was predeceased by: his parents, Dolly Josephine Howk and Arnold "Tex" Watkins; his siblings, Brenda Jean Watkins, Johnny Lee Watkins, Arnold Wayne Watkins and Dolly Nadine Isaacson; his brother-in-law John Stephen Isaacson; his niece Tammy Lee Cromer; and his great-niece Makaylah Rose Watson.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Tate William Frank Hendricks; his grandchildren-in-law, Mariah Ann Benton, Bellamy William Gabriel Hendricks and Makaylah Rose Hendricks; his daughter Jennifer Marie Andrews; his grandchildren, Nancy Mae Andrews, Ivy Jo Inman and Xavier Inman; his son Dominick Allan Key (Raiven Coleen Vanier); his grandchildren, Peyton Nicole Davis, Hayleigh Marie Key, Alaina Marie Key and Dehlilah May Key; his son Bennie Lee Key; his grandchildren, Devyn Lee Key, Brenden Lee Key, Cayden Lee Key, Skyler Lee Key and Scarlett Ann Key; his siblings, Debbie Kay Britt, Donald Gene Watkins and Wesley Gene Watkins; and his close friend Kevin Farris. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, friends.
