With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Alan Payne of Bismarck, Illinois, born in Danville, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Payne and Lloyce Payne (West); his wife Phyllis Ragona; and his brother Scott Payne. He is survived by: his daughter Heather McMasters (Robert) of Danville; his grandchildren, Madison McMasters, Taylor Loden (Dakota), Joanna Anderson (Tyler) and William Lee Hickey III; his great grandchildren, Nova Loden and Maggie Hickey; and his siblings, Mark Payne and Becki Olson.
