Andre of Clarksville, TN. and Patricia L. Andre of Bismarck, IL; his sisters, Patricia Perszyk (Robert) and Jeanette K. Andre; and his grandchildren, Bonscott Sewell, Nathan Sewell, Chelsey Oliver, Stacia McKinney, Damon McKinney (Ashlynn), Orion Andre (Carli) and Michael Dean Mayfield. He is also survived by 16 great-grandchildren.
