He is survived by: his parents, Michael Stephens and Judy Stephens (George) of Lake Placid, FL; his significant other Mendy Stephens; his children, Laney Stephens of St Louis, MO, Josh Stephens (Laynee Dickison) of Hoopeston, IL and Andrew (Abby Decker) of Bismarck, IL; his brothers, Douglas Stephens (Andrea) of Toledo, OH and Matthew Stephens of Holland, OH; his father-in-law Dave; his siblings-in-law, Andi Rowe and Joe Hack (April) of Oakwood; his niece Adeline Stephens of Holland, OH; and his nephews, Brandon Rowe of Oakwood, IL, Micheal Hack of Oakwood, IL. and Wyatt Hack of Oakwood, IL.. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, friends.
Memorials may be made to a scholarship fund being set up in Mike's honor or to the American Legion Post 210 to honor Mike's memory and his dedication to our community, country and his love for sports.
