He was predeceased by: his parents, Rolland Starkey and Dorris Starkey (Johnson); and his siblings, Bill, Jim, Wayne, Jack, Carmen, Nancy and Donna.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Davis; his children, Laura Verhoeven (Randy) and Scott Starkey (Jennifer); his grandchildren, Christopher Mullendore (Meghann), Zachary Keith (Kelsey) and Jordyn Starkey; and his great grandchildren, Kinley, Ophelia, Ryder, Alec, Valor and Max.
