It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lyle Ray Milner (Bismarck, Illinois), born in Henning, Illinois, who passed away on November 15, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Minler and Ferne Minler (Horine); his sister Patricia Zehr; his siblings-in-law, Bill Zehr and Dee Milner; and his niece Vicki Milner.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Milner; his children, Julie Miller, Susan Cox (Eric) and Greg Milner (Stephanie); his brother John Milner; his grandchildren, Dylan Miller, Keith Miller, Megan Cox, Lauren Cox, Brook Milner and Brittany Milner; and his nieces, Kathy Zehr, Debbie Simmons (Tom) and Shari Wegner (Grant).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Bismarck United Methodist Church or the charity of the donor's choice.
