He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard A. Dice and Vera Weaver Dice; and his brother Dan. He is survived by: his children, Jarrod Dice (Cheryl) of Bismarck, IL and Christina Trusner (Jeff) of Monticello, IL; his stepsons, Brad Phillips (Kim) of Danville, IL and Randy Phillips (Amy Treadway) of Tilton, IL; his brother Ronald Dice (Mary) of Colorado; his sister-in-law Linda Dice; and his grandchildren, Emily Dice, Logan, Jacob Trusner and Nathan Dice. He is also survived by six great grandchildren, 9 step grandchildren, and 16 step great grandchildren.
