He was predeceased by: his grandfather Charles Jack Bergman. He is survived by: his parents, Brad Bergman and Connie Bergman (Baker); his siblings, Gabe Bergman, Jesse Bergman and Abby Bergman; his nephew Elias Rodriguez; and his grandparents, Helen Bergman, David and Janis Baker. He is also survived by several extended family and friends.
